centro commerciale, craiova una delle richieste esplicite era l’allestimento di un grande parco urbano, percio’tutti gli edifici sono concentarti su un lato lungo del lotto rettangolare per lasciare la maggiore superficie possibile al parco e alle vasche d’acqua. un promenade coperta, affacciata sul parco, mette in collegamento tutti i padiglioni del centro commerciale e i due edifici a testata del sistema, l’ albergo e il cinema multisala.
